Developing Concentration via The Four Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, and Air)
A Buddhist meditation course that supports concentration development by observing the four elements (Earth, Water, Fire, and Air). Online Zoom classes on Saturdays 10am - 12pm PST. The 4-wk course includes up to 3 zoom or phone call check-ins per week, with options to meditate together over Zoom. Check-ins are required at least once a week. The classes will review Buddhist teachings on the four elements, including guided meditations, and group interviews for sangha-building.

This is a sliding scale course. All funds are allocated to the teacher's four requisites (clothing, food, shelter, and medicine). Euna is a non-institutional, Buddhist renunciate who lives in nature. They volunteer at Dharma Treasure and serve as Board Secretary at Mahapajapati Monastery. They have been a practitioner for 15 years. In 2022, they were approved to teach meditation after rigorous study and practice at Mahapajapati Monastery. They graduated with a BA in Ethnic Studies: Race, Gender, and Power from Mills College.
